The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali

The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali is a collection of 196 short verses that guide you to attain wisdom and self-realization through yoga. The text is estimated to have been written in roughly 400 C.E. and is regarded by many as the basis of yoga philosophy.
