The purpose of this meditation is to provide a safe and facilitated means for the meditator to practice letting go. This guided meditation is a step-by-step process of letting go of everything you have relation with. This means letting go of our relation with our work, career, hobbies, loved ones, and even our bodies. By letting go of everything you have relation with, you’ll become more balanced, centered, and clear.
